The Purchases window allows you to create transaction records for the items and services you buy. Depending upon the type of transaction youíre entering in this window (item purchase, service purchase, professional purchase or miscellaneous purchase), the fields in this window will change to allow you to enter appropriate information. These different sets of fields are known as views and the four views are:
Service view
Item view
Professional view
Miscellaneous view
Use the Service view to record the purchase of items and services that you didnít enter information about in the Item Information window.
